Did you know that most Primary Care Physicians have between 2,500-3,500 patients? Our doctors will limit their practice to approximately 600 patients per provider. This means that they can spend more time with you when you need them. It also means that when they are not actively seeing a patient, they are able to coordinate your care and research the latest advances in treatments. Your well-being is Equality Healthcare’s priority and the reason why our doctors do what they do.
Equality Healthcare does not accept insurance so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your Direct Primary Care physician (Dr. Chambers, Dr. Smith, Dr. Harrell, or Dr. Toth), without the impersonal management that inevitably comes from third-party payers. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and lead to better treatment.

We have negotiated the very best wholesale lab prices for all labs that we must send outside our office as well as wholesale generic medications we dispense in our office. Those savings are passed directly on to our patients.
We know that it can be difficult to contact your physician to get a timely appointment when you actually need care. And when that appointment time comes, getting off of work can be a hassle, not to mention the frustration of long waits in physician offices. We seek to make this experience better overall by allowing easy scheduling online or by phone for visits that are same day or next day with minimal wait times (if any) at these visits.
You won’t feel rushed through an appointment, and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask. Part of the relationship you’ll build with your doctor is based on your understanding of your care. Now that’s what we call personal healthcare.
Because we have reserved our time for a smaller panel of patients, you will have easier access to meet your needs. You are a priority, and you’ll feel like one. We will do everything in our power to get you into the office the same day or next day when you need care.

Included in your monthly fee is an annual physical exam and health screening labs. This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. During this visit appropriate tests and services will be reviewed, discussed, and ordered as indicated. It’s all about you and your specific goals for wellness.
To offer a few examples, cryotherapy, simple lesion removal, laceration repair, EKG, in-office urinalysis, strep testing, and joint injections (shoulder, knee, hip bursa, elbow) are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding.
If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, our doctors will work closely with that specialist. Because Equality Healthcare is not affiliated with any other healthcare system, the choice is ours to make together.
